About

A counsel layer for on-chain operators.

ChainCounsel was founded by a group of attorneys who spent the last cycle as in-house counsel at protocols, exchanges, and venture firms. We watched founders pay $40,000 retainers for entity work that, honestly, should not cost $40,000.

So we built it differently. Every engagement starts with a fixed scope and a flat fee. Every structure is reviewed and signed off by a licensed attorney admitted in the relevant jurisdiction. Every deliverable is something you can hand to your accountant, your investors, and your future general counsel without translation.

We are not a law firm in the BigLaw sense. We are a focused practice: crypto LLCs, foundation/opco splits, asset-protection trusts, validator entities, and the compliance playbooks that go with them. If your problem is outside that, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

ChainCounsel does not provide legal advice through this website. An engagement begins only after a written representation agreement is signed.
